OUR MISSION

GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS

Structured Care Through Compassionate Leadership

MUCH operates under the supervision of an Advisory Board of Management chaired by the Bishop of the Anglican Church and supported by the Mothers’ Union of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Board provides strategic guidance, oversight, and accountability to ensure that the Home continues to operate in alignment with its mission of providing compassionate care and support for vulnerable children.

The Home functions in accordance with an established constitution and maintains structured operational systems that support the safety, well-being, and development of its residents.

A dedicated team, including the Manager, House Mother, caregivers, and support staff, works collaboratively to create a stable and nurturing environment where children are cared for with dignity, compassion, and consistency.
